Do unused credits roll over to the next month?+
Monthly wash and vacuum credits do not roll over — they reset on your billing date each month. Reload credits you add manually do carry over.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. All Finish Line Wash Club memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
What is the reload bonus?+
When you add credit to your account manually, your membership tier earns a bonus percentage on top — 5% for Basic, 10% for Plus, and 15% for VIP.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes. You can change your membership tier at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
